Itinerary
- Arrive at Leh airport and transfer to the hotel.
- Acclimatise to the new altitude by taking sips of water every 15 minutes and resting until the evening.

- Mild excursion for acclimatisation.
- Visit the Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurdwara, and Sangam Point.
- Avoid running or brisk walking.
- Return to the hotel and rest.
- Pass through Khardung-La to Nubra Valley.

- Visit Diskit Gompa (photography not allowed).

- Leave for Pangong Lake, passing through Chang-La into the Changthang Plateau.

- Drive back to Leh and visit the 3-Idiot movie shooting point.
- Visit Rancho School (Druk Padma Karpo School).
- Check into the hotel and relax.
- Morning transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight.

Inclusion & Exclusion
Included in the Tour:
- Inner Line Permit: Included for all places mentioned in the itinerary.
- Airport Pickup and Drop: Hassle-free transfers to and from the airport.
- Transportation: Comfortable Toyota Innova or Mahindra Xylo vehicle. For larger groups (more than 6 Pax), a Force Traveller will be provided.
- Accommodation: Double sharing basis in the specified hotel or similar.
- Meals: Breakfast and lunch included.
- Oxygen Cylinder: Available in the car for the entire duration of the tour.
- Sightseeing and Excursions: All mentioned activities are included as per the itinerary.
Not Included in the Tour:
- Airfare: Flight expenses are not included in the package.
- Additional Items: Any other expenses not specified in the cost inclusion.
- Entry Fees: Entrance fees to Monastery or Monuments are not covered.
- Unforeseen Events: Costs arising from unforeseen events like landslides, roadblocks, etc.
- Air Conditioning: If air conditioning in the car is requested, it will be charged separately at ₹5/km.
- Travel Insurance: Insurance coverage for travel is not part of the package.
- GST: Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 5% is not included in the package cost

Booking Information:
- To reserve a slot, pay 30%person when booking the trip
- Balance payment due 15 days before the tour starts
- Ladakh Easy Ride is not responsible for roadblocks, flight cancellations, or unforeseen situations
- For children aged 5-8 yrs, it’s 30% of the total cost (without bed)
- Children above 8 yrs are considered adults (extra mattress provided)
Cancellation Policy:
- 10% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days prior to the tour.
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days prior to the tour.
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days prior to the tour.
- No refund for tours starting within 10 days, after starting, or in the middle of the tour.
